PARTS PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT

The developed of this Handbook is addressed to a large audience of Purchasing, Engineering and Management personnel who, although their jobs did not provide them day-to-day exposure to current theories and practices in the Design, Specification, Testing, Methods, Documentations of High Reliability EEE components, they do realize that some knowledge in these critical areas are essential to the efficient performance of their positions and their responsibilities.

This Handbook has been structured to provide to any concerned non-specialist with a means of penetrating the procedure knowledge’s and to arrive at a clear understanding of issues involved using International recognised systems of specifications and procedures. It is not intended to provide all of the information contained in those specifications, nor is it to be considered a replacement for those specifications in the establishment or requirement interpretation’s.
