The use of the service offered by MICROREL.COM is governed by the terms and conditions set out below.
The use of the service and content offered by MICROREL.COM implies and presupposes full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the clauses listed below.

1 – IDENTIFICATION OF THE SERVICE AND THE CONTENT OFFERED

The Users of the aforementioned services and contents can find useful information and communicate directly with MICROREL.COM, through the Contacts page or through their own Account on the www.MICROREL.COM website.

2 – USER’S OBLIGATIONS AND CONDUCT

In the context of this section (Terms and conditions of use) of the Service, the term “User (s)” means both browsing users and advertisers.
The service can be used by those over the age of eighteen.
Any use of the service by minors presupposes and implies the authorization of the parents or of those who exercise parental authority or protection over them.
They therefore assume full and exclusive responsibility for any behavior of the minor in accessing, using and using the service (publication of an ad / response to an ad / activation of promotions on the site / activation of an alert ).

The User acknowledges that MICROREL.COM will not carry out any prior checks on the content of the advertisements placed on the network, nor will it carry out any intermediary activity on any transactions between the Users themselves.

By publishing your ad on MICROREL.COM the user authorizes MICROREL.COMad to make sure that the content of the ad is made visible and accessible to network users also by subsequent indexing (automatic or selective) on search engines, by publication on other sites. owned by MICROREL.COM, or with which MICROREL.COM entertains collaborative relationships (for example other classified ad sites or vertical and generalist search engines), through advertising on radio and television media in order to more effectively promote the advertisements of its users.

The User undertakes not to use the services provided by MICROREL.COM and / or the website www.MICROREL.COM in an improper way or contrary to the provisions of the law and regulations and the rules of ethics and good use of network services.
In particular, the User undertakes not to transmit, through MICROREL.COM, material of an offensive, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, child pornography, vulgar, obscene, blasphemous nature, or otherwise contrary to the principles of public order and morality.

The advertiser is aware that the e-mail address disclosed on MICROREL.COM may be used as a means of remote communication.

The advertiser undertakes to forward advertisements drawn up in an accurate and truthful manner, in particular having regard to the dangerous / defective characteristics of the items for sale, especially if capable of causing harm to those who use them.

The User declares to use the service offered by MICROREL.COM in the awareness of being able to encounter links that may refer to web pages over which MICROREL.COM has no control and on whose content it assumes no responsibility. It will be up to the User to check the conditions of use of the pages accessed through the links contained on MICROREL.COM from time to time.

The User expressly declares to refrain from any discrimination, direct or indirect, due to the race or ethnic origin of the individuals, in accordance with the provisions on the matter by Legislative Decree no. 215/2003 and undertakes to respect the Conventions aimed at safeguarding human rights.

The User undertakes not to publish on the network, without the consent of those entitled, advertisements containing personal, sensitive data and / or images of minors or third parties, as well as material containing viruses or other systems aimed at damaging the functioning of this service or of any system dedicated to broadcasting .

The User undertakes not to encourage, commit, favor and / or facilitate in any way, through the spaces made available by MICROREL.COM, criminal actions and illegal behavior in general. The User undertakes not to affect the use and enjoyment of the Service by other users.

By using the resources offered by MICROREL.COM, the User undertakes not to reproduce, transcribe, duplicate, distribute, modify or communicate, without having the right to, material protected by copyright and to respect, in general, any provision referred to in Law no. 633/1941 and succ. changes.

The User undertakes not to request the publication of false advertisements or relating to goods of illicit origin and / or, for any reason, not marketable.
The User also declares to refrain from sending any unsolicited information and / or advertising material to any third party.

Before requesting the publication of a job search announcement in the “Job offers” section, the User undertakes to take note of and comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 276/2003 (so-called “Biagi Law”) and Legislative Decree no. 198/2006 (so-called “Code of equal opportunities between men and women”).
Likewise, before applying or accepting any job offer, the User assumes the responsibility to know and verify compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 276/03 and Legislative Decree 198/2006.

Without prejudice to the non-existence of any intermediary activity between the demand and supply of work by MICROREL.COM.
The latter is limited, in fact, to offering the User a web space for the publication of their advertisements.

The User undertakes not to publish advertisements concerning the offer of sexual services in exchange for money, or referring to sexual organs, or bearing obscene and / or inappropriate images.

The User will therefore be solely and exclusively responsible for the content of their topics of discussion, which constitute an expression of free expression of thought, constitutionally protected, and must be carried out in full compliance with the limits of the law.

In particular, the User declares to use the service made available by MICROREL.COM in compliance with the following international regulations and conventions, which he knows and considers familiar to him:

• Washington Convention on the Sale of Endangered Animal and Plant Species, ratified by Law No. 874 of 19 December 1975;
• Paris Convention on Chemical Weapons, ratified by Italy with Law 496/95 subsequently amended by Law 93 of 4 April 1997;

• Article 686 of the Italian penal code and other special laws on narcotic substances;

The list of the regulatory and illegal cases described above must, however, be understood as made by way of example and not exhaustive.
In fact, it remains the User’s responsibility to take care to know and comply with any mandatory legislative provisions currently in force.

3 – EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY CLAUSE

The User, as a necessary consequence of his full and exclusive responsibility possibly deriving from the violation of laws, regulations and these general conditions, expressly declares to exempt MICROREL.COM from any civil and criminal liability, acknowledging, as of now, the lack of passive legitimacy in court.

In particular, the User undertakes to indemnify MICROREL.COM, substantially and procedurally, from any prejudice, loss, damage, liability, cost, charge or expense, including legal fees, deriving from claims or actions advanced by third parties, in any location and for any reason, as a result of announcements or opinions posted on the network by the User through the improper use of the resources offered by MICROREL.COM.

4 – RIGHTS RESERVED

MICROREL.COM is the owner of all the services and content made available to the User through its website.
It is therefore forbidden to reproduce and / or use, in whole or in part, free of charge or against payment, of any site resource, graphics, symbols, trademarks, logos or distinctive signs in general, including text. of these terms of use.
Without prejudice to the discretionary right of MICROREL.COM to grant, at the request of the User, its written authorization to use one or more services and for strictly personal use.

These general conditions and the relationships between MICROREL.COM and the User will be governed by the law of the Italian Republic.
For any dispute concerning, arising from or connected to these conditions and / or the use of the service, the Court of Rome will be exclusively competent.

7 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF USE

The User, before using any service, is required to inquire about the existence of any changes and / or updates made to the conditions of use.
Such changes and / or updates will, in fact, form an integral part of these general conditions and will constitute a source of agreement between MICROREL.COM and the User.
